    Each Augusta piece exists somewhere between garment and object—made with intention, and meant to be lived in, not just worn. Because of this, we approach returns with care, balancing flexibility with respect for the work itself.


    Returns


    We accept returns on select pieces within 14 days of delivery.


    To be eligible:

    • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition

    • All tags must remain attached

    • Pieces must be free of marks, scent, or damage


    To begin a return, email info@augustafashion.ca with your order number and a brief note.


    If approved, you’ll receive next steps.


    If you are based in Edmonton, you may also coordinate a local return drop-off—just mention this in your email and we’ll arrange a time.


    What Cannot Be Returned


    Some pieces are made to exist with you permanently.


    The following are final sale:


    • Custom or made-to-order garments

    • One-of-a-kind or limited edition pieces

    • Sale items


    Refunds


    Once your return is received and assessed, you’ll be notified.


    If approved:

    • Refunds are issued to your original method of payment

    • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing


    Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


    Return Shipping


    • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

    • We recommend tracked shipping, as we cannot guarantee items lost in transit


    Exchanges


    We do not offer direct exchanges.

    If you’re seeking a different piece or size, we recommend returning your item (if eligible) and placing a new order.


    Damaged or Incorrect Items


    If something arrives not as it should, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@augustafashion.ca, including photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.
